淀粉样前体蛋白抗体（KPI结构域）是一种针对淀粉样前体蛋白的抗体，可用于IP、WB、IC、IH。
蛋白质印迹：1:250 - 1:1,000
免疫沉淀：需要对二硫键进行还原和烷基化。
免疫细胞化学：对于Cos7和NteraZ细胞系，需要对二硫键进行还原和烷基化。
免疫组化：用于甲醛固定、石蜡包埋的组织时，需要对二硫键进行还原和烷基化或微波。
最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
还原/烷基化方案：
在黑暗中将载玻片（印迹）在TBS（PBS）+ 50mM 2-巯基乙醇中37°C孵育3小时进行还原。用TBS洗涤两次，然后在TBS（PBS）+ 20 mg/ml碘乙酸中室温孵育30 min。用TBS（PBS）洗涤两次，然后正常封闭和处理。
