General description
Prox1是果蝇Prospero的同源物，是一种含有同源盒的转录因子，可结合并充当肝受体同源物1（LRH1/NR5A2）的共受体。它是淋巴内皮细胞以及成肝细胞和肝细胞的特异性标志物。人Prox1与小鼠和大鼠Prox1具有97%的氨基酸序列一致性。

Application
使用经验证可用于IC、IH的抗Prox 1抗体检测Prox 1。
免疫组化：
1：2,000-1：10,000，在4%多聚甲醛固定的冷冻组织切片上过夜培养。对于胚胎，建议进行浸没固定。对于年龄较大的动物，建议进行灌注固定。建议的透化溶液是0.1%Triton X100。建议的封闭缓冲液是含0.1%Triton和10%血清的PBS。
