Immunogen

Application

抗神经丝H抗体是针对神经丝的抗体,可用于IC、IH、IH(P)& WB。
蛋白质印迹:使用ECL为1:1,000-1:10,000识别200-220 kDa的条带。

免疫组化:在冷冻或石蜡包埋的组织切片上为1:1,000-1:10,000。建议的固定剂为4%多聚甲醛。

免疫细胞化学:在组织培养中的细胞上为1:1,000-1:10,000,细胞在3.7%福尔马林中固定一分钟,在-20°C甲醇中固定一分钟。
