该抗Stargazin抗体经验证可用于IP、WB、IC、IH中Stargazin的检测。

Biochem/physiol Actions

Stargazin [Stargazin样TARP(跨膜AMPA受体调节蛋白)]。 通过蛋白质印迹法,该抗体可识别大鼠脑Triton可溶性部分~ 35kda和~ 55kda的条带。该抗体主要与TARP γ -8反应,与γ -3和γ -4反应弱。Stargazin在海马体和小脑中强烈表达。

Preparation Note
