General description

在许多生物体中，丙酮酸脱氢酶复合体除了作为心脏底物选择的关键调节因子外，还在有氧能量生成途径中催化丙酮酸到乙酰辅酶a和二氧化碳的总体不可逆转化。它含有三种酶成分的多个副本：丙酮酸脱氢酶（E1）、二氢脂酰胺乙酰转移酶（E2）和脂酰胺脱氢酶（E3）。PDH通过丙酮酸脱氢酶激酶（PDK）介导的磷酸化和反馈抑制调节。

观测值〜43 kDa

Application
