Preparation Note

复溶后，产品作为未稀释的液体在2-8°C下稳定数周。要延长重悬后溶液的保存时间，请添加等体积的甘油，使甘油的终浓度达到 50％，然后以未稀释的等分试样置于 -20°C 下可保存长达 12 个月。请注意，添加甘油后，蛋白质（和缓冲盐）的浓度将降至原浓度的一半。应避免反复冻/融循环。
警告：使用叠氮化钠作为防腐剂将显著抑制HRP的酶活性。
