Biochem/physiol Actions
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）参与II型和III型超敏反应。它有助于调理，补体固定和抗体依赖细胞介导的细胞毒性。
对兔IgG重链和轻链具有特异性。 采用ELISA法检测抗兔IgG抗体的交叉反应性。 与人IgG的交叉反应性最低。

辣根过氧化物酶偶联的纯化山羊IgG，溶于0.01M PBS pH 7.1缓冲液，含15mg/mL BSA和0.1% Kathon。
Preparation Note
