General description

人IV型胶原是皮肤基底膜的主要组成成分。具有天然的三螺旋结构，是由2条α1-样和1条α2-样基因组成的异源三聚体蛋白。4型胶原在多细胞组织中形成折叠状胞外基质，包围特定类型的细胞，比如脂肪细胞、骨骼肌细胞、心肌细胞和平滑肌细胞。经过胃蛋白酶温和处理后，将人胶原蛋白IV从洗涤过的解剖组织中提取到稀乙酸中。通过差异盐沉淀法纯化4型胶原。纯度和天然螺旋结构的保留通过SDS-PAGE和与抗特定类型胶原单克隆抗体的反应来控制。分子量：300kDa；溶解度：10mg/mL 来源：人胎盘，HBsAg和HIV抗体阴性

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
