General description

胰高血糖素样肽-1（GLP-1）是从肠 L 细胞分泌的 30 个氨基酸的肠激素。 GLP-1 序列在哺乳动物中高度保守，并响应食物摄取而以其活性形式（7-36）释放。在被 DPPIV 切割后，它迅速降解为非活性形式（9-36）。 GLP-1 通过调节胰腺分泌、减缓胃排空和降低食物摄取欲望来降低葡萄糖水平。因此，它是研究糖尿病和肥胖的重要生物标志物。该试剂盒可同时测量有效（7-36）和无效（9-36）形式的 GLP-1。
