General description
整合素α 5属于整合素α链家族。整合素是由α链和β链组成的异二聚体整合膜蛋白。该基因编码整合素α 5链。α链5在胞外区进行翻译后裂解,产生与β1结合形成纤维连接蛋白受体的二硫键连接轻链和重链。除粘连外,已知整合素参与细胞表面介导的信号传导。
Application
MAB1956Z适用于成纤维细胞、内皮细胞、血小板和T&B淋巴细胞对纤维连接蛋白的附着抑制试验。
MAB1956Z与变性α 5亚基无反应性。 对于免疫印迹,建议以斑点印迹作为蛋白质印迹的替代方法。
