Application
抗整合素αV抗体（胞外，克隆AV1，无叠氮化物）可检测整合素αV 的水平&已有相关文献发表&经验证可用于FC & WB。
流式细胞术：1：5-1：50
蛋白质印迹：在非还原条件下，可识别对应于整合素αV的165 kDa左右的条带。不识别还原的蛋白。
整合素αV 介导的与ECM蛋白的粘附的功能阻滞。（1：5-1：20，溶于含11mM Mn++ 和1mM Mg++的HEPES缓冲液（pH 7.4）中）。
最佳的工作稀释度和方案必须由最终用户确定。

Physical form
