General description

50 kDa

微管是有丝分裂装置，纤毛，鞭毛和细胞骨架元素的组成部分。它们主要由 2 种可溶性蛋白质组成：α 微管蛋白和 β 微管蛋白，每种蛋白约 55,000 kDa。针对 β 微管蛋白的抗体可用作蛋白质印迹的上样对照。但是，应该注意的是，某些细胞中β微管蛋白的水平可能不稳定。例如，脂肪组织中微管蛋白的表达非常低，因此 β 微管蛋白不应该用作这些组织的上样对照。
