Use Anti-Estrogen Receptor Antibody, clone B10 (Mouse Monoclonal Antibody) validated in ELISA, WB, IHC(P) to detect Estrogen Receptor also known as ER.

The peptide used as the immunogen for this product correspond to the amino-acid sequence 151-165 from human ER alpha receptor. By IP, western, gel retardation and ELISA assays clone B10 do not react with other nuclear receptors.

SPECIES REACTIVITIES:

Does not cross react with chicken ER. Other reactivities have not been evaluated. By sequence homology pig ER is 100% identical, rat is 80% conserved.

Ascites. Liquid, does not contain any preservative.

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots up to 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
