General description
整合素α-v（或CD51；玻连蛋白受体亚基α）蛋白是介导细胞彼此之间以及与细胞外基质之间粘附的跨膜受体。整合素受体被多种细胞内信号激活，这些信号修饰其胞质结构域并诱导整合素分子的构型变化，从而使配体与细胞外表面结合。该过程的重要部分是肌动蛋白、踝蛋白与整合素胞质域的结合。
