General description

Mouse T cell cytokines are critical signaling molecules produced by T cells that play essential roles in the immune response. They facilitate communication between immune cells, influencing the activation, proliferation, and differentiation of various immune cell types. Key cytokines include interleukins (such as IL-2 and IL-4) and interferons, which help orchestrate both innate and adaptive immune responses in mice.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 18 analytes in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.

Analytes included: GM-CSF, IFNγ, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-7, IL-10, IL-12 (p70), IL-13, IL-17A, KC/CXCL1, LIX, MCP-1, MIP-2, TNF-α
