General description

Preparation Note
用100 µl无菌蒸馏H₂O复溶冻干抗体。注意复溶小瓶的全部内容物；在运输和处理过程中，冻干颗粒的部分可能已脱落，可能不在小瓶底部。溶解后，等分并冷冻保存（-20°C）。储备溶液在-20°C下可稳定保存至多6个月。用无菌PBS或Tris缓冲液稀释，稀释度不高于1:10。避免溶液反复冻融。

Other Notes
在大鼠杏仁核和脊髓中检查了抗体特异性。用10-5M大鼠α-CGRP预处理抗体可完全消除染色，用大鼠β-CGRP预吸收可部分消除染色。降钙素的预吸收不会导致免疫染色的损失。对于石蜡切片染色，将切片在40 mM枸橼酸钠缓冲液（pH 8.5）中加热至80°C。在单个系统中，应对抗体进行滴定以获得最佳结果。
