General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
绵羊的多克隆抗体显示出与地高辛和地高辛100%的反应性，但与其他类固醇如人雌激素（如雌二醇）或雄激素（如睾酮）没有交叉反应性。
Preparation Note
加入1ml双蒸水至终浓度为200μg/ml。
地高辛免疫后，用离子交换色谱法纯化绵羊IgG，用免疫吸附法分离特异性IgG。木瓜蛋白酶消化获得的Fab片段通过凝胶过滤纯化，与特定标记缀合，并稳定在缓冲液中。
工作浓度：共轭物的工作浓度取决于应用和底物。以下浓度应作为指导：糖缀合物中地高辛标记糖的检测：20至50 & # 956；g/ml
工作溶液：PBS，0.5%牛血清白蛋白，pH 7.4。
1%封闭剂（w/v）、1-5%热灭活胎牛血清（v/v）或绵羊正常血清可用于降低非特异性结合。此外，可将酸碱度提高至8.5至9.0。
储存条件（工作方案）：必须制备新鲜物料！
