Physical form

Preparation Note
工作溶液：染色溶液的制备
- 临用前配制新鲜溶液！对于除DIG标记系统以外的所有应用：将50 μl NBT溶液和37,5 μl BCIP加至10 ml 0.1 M Tris-HCl中，pH 9.5 (20 °C)，含0.1 M NaCl和0.05 M MgCl2。
- 对于DIG标记系统应用：将50 μl NBT溶液和37,5 μl BCIP加至10 ml 0.1 M Tris-HCl中，pH 9.5 (20 °C)，含0.1 M NaCl
- 注：请勿在DIG检测缓冲液中加入MgCl2 ，否则在检测过程后膜上可能会产生斑点背景。碱性磷酸酶不需要Mg2+。
