General description
PCR DIG探针合成试剂盒包含碱不稳定性洋地黄毒苷 (DIG)-11脱氧尿苷三磷酸(dUTP)制剂。该试剂盒可方便有效地制备聚合酶链式反应(PCR)所需的高灵敏度DIG标记DNA探针。这一探针可通过PCR方法利用DIG-11dUTP（碱不稳定性）标记。DIG-dUTP:dTTP的比例为1:2。
PCR DIG探针合成试剂盒包含增强高保真DNA聚合酶混合物。这种强大的酶混合物具有校对活性，以10 pg质粒DNA和10 ng基因组DNA为模板，可聚合40 bp至5 kb长的探针。DIG标记探针可稳定储存一年以上。

Application
利用PCR DIG探针合成试剂盒制备的洋地黄毒苷(DIG)标记DNA探针适于检测Southern和Northern杂交中的低（单）拷贝基因mRNA。DIG标记DNA探针也已用于原位杂交过程中的DNA标记。
可根据探针长度调节提供的dUTP-核苷酸混合物浓度。可在琼脂糖凝胶上快速确定标记效果。
可按照包装说明书中的方案，多次抗体剥离和重新检测。
一次PCR标记反应 (50 μl)制备的探针，通常足够用于20 ml杂交溶液。本试剂盒可进行约25次反应(50 μl)。
