General description

Application
以大豆苷元为标准品，采用管中固相微萃取-高效液相色谱法 (in-tube SPME-HPLC) 测定大豆食品中的大豆苷元和染料木素。还使用高效液相色谱 –UV– 电喷雾电离-质谱检测器 (HPLC–UV–ESI-MSD) 作为参比标准品测定红三叶草中的异黄酮。

Biochem/physiol Actions
大豆异黄酮对二甲基苯并蒽 (DMBA) 诱导的肝细胞氧化损伤有保护作用。DMBA 下调的过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性可被大豆苷元恢复。
