Preparation Note

将30 g脱水培养基悬浮于1升纯净的过滤水中。加热并频繁搅拌,煮沸一分钟。121℃灭菌15分钟。冷却至45-50℃。轻轻混合,分散到无菌培养皿或无菌培养管中。
