General description

醋酸酐是一种有机溶剂溶于水后，其可经过溶剂分解得到乙酸。它被广泛用于各种醇的乙酰化。Wacher法（起始试剂＝烯酮）和Knapsack法（起始试剂＝乙醛）已报到可用于工业上制备乙酸酐。

Application
