Application
苯乙酮可作为分析参考标准品，用于通过色谱技术测定香水和各种非洲星苹果(Chrysophillum albidum)中的分析物。
苯乙酮可促进苯胺的还原烷基化，形成 N -苯基-α-甲基苄胺。在三氟化硼乙醚的作用下，铜在分子氧的催化下发生偶联反应，生成 1-（4-氨基苯基）-2-苯基乙烷-1,2-二酮。
