Application
- Capillary-seeding crystallization and preliminary crystallographic analysis of a solvent-tolerant elastase from Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain K.: This research employs ammonium phosphate monobasic in the crystallization process of elastase from Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The study provides crucial structural data that can aid in understanding the enzyme′s function and its potential industrial applications (Ali et al., 2013).
