Biochem/physiol Actions

对乙酰氨基酚或扑热息痛是一种前列腺素合成的抑制剂。它在中枢神经系统中可与花生四烯酸复合，导致形成N-花生四烯酰苯酚胺，这对于激活大麻素受体至关重要。对乙酰氨基酚会被代谢为有毒的N-乙酰基-对-苯醌亚胺。扑热息痛已被用于治疗骨关节炎，并抑制环氧合酶1和2的活性。它可在肝脏中被细胞色素P450酶代谢，与肝脏毒性有关。
