General description
肌酐是在肌肉来源的磷酸肌酸降解过程中产生的分解产物。几乎所有肌酐都由肾脏从血液中滤过并排到尿液中,从而排出体外。血清肌酐是肾功能的最常用指标。在化学合成中,肌酐作为杂环含氮化合物,可产生富电子和强碱性肌酐衍生物。
Application
肌酐可用于:
- 作为氮供体构筑块(building block)制备含氮杂环衍生物。
- 作为反应剂合成供体-受体氮化碳共聚物,该共聚物可用作制氢光催化剂。
- 作为起始材料经由肌酐氯胺的形成制备creatol(肌酐醇)(2-氨基-1,5-二氢-5-羟甲基咪唑-4-酮)。
- 作为反应剂与各种靛红通过金催化的羟醛化作用合成3-取代-3-羟基靛红。
