General description

2,3-二氨基萘又称2,3-萘二胺或DAN。它是含双氨基的萘的异构体之一，也称为萘二胺。通常通过还原硝基萘衍生物，并胺化随后的羟基萘衍生物制备这一物质。

Application

2,3-二氨基萘 (DAN) 可用于亚硝酸盐/硝酸盐的荧光测定。
DAN可用于开发固相萃取-多针筒流体注入系统，通过分光光度法检测是否存在硒。
该物质已用于一项开发甲基乙二醛比色测定检测方法的研究。
此外，它还用于开发一种新型比率荧光探针，用于原位检测碱性磷酸酶活性。

Biochem/physiol Actions

2,3-二氨基萘 (DAN) 用于亚硝酸盐检测测试，可与亚硝酸盐反应形成发荧光的 1H-萘并三唑。
