Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

作用机制：庆大大霉素通过和30S核糖亚基结合，引起密码子误读，阻碍肽酰转移酶从供体位点转移到受体位点。庆大霉素通过它与外膜的结合来发挥它对铜绿假单胞菌的杀菌作用，它在外膜上置换天然阳离子，使膜不稳定，并在细胞表面形成孔。

抗菌谱：包括革兰氏阴性和革兰氏阳性细菌，包括对于四环素、氯霉素、卡那霉素和粘菌素，某些特定假单胞菌菌株，变形杆菌属，Staphylococcus 和 Streptococcus 的抗性。
