General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

核黄素是活性酶辅因子核黄素5′- 单磷酸盐（也称为黄素单核苷酸或FMN）和黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸(FAD)的前体。饮食中的核黄素缺乏会导致一种定义明确的综合症，称为核黄素缺乏症，核黄素对肿瘤生长和心血管疾病具有抑制作用。它的缺乏常常影响涉及氧化还原反应的代谢。核黄素对于铁吸收、胃肠道发育、神经发生、角膜血管化和角膜混浊至关重要。
