General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
皮质酮由肾上腺皮质中的胆固醇合成，可激活盐皮质激素和糖皮质激素受体。皮质酮的作用是至关重要的生殖过程，包括排卵，黄体，卵母细胞的发展，分娩和哺乳。皮质酮的代谢受 11β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶的调节。
