General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
内源性 H1 和 H2 组胺受体激动剂;可活化一氧化氮合成酶;有效的血管舒张剂。
组胺二盐酸盐已被证明可激活一氧化氮合成酶并抑制活性氧(ROS)的产生。组胺二盐酸盐对ROS的抑制使得IL-2可以激活T细胞和NK细胞。在大鼠模型中,组胺二盐酸盐通过H2组胺受体抑制由Kupffer细胞产生的ROS。
