General description
咪唑可用作在25°C下、6.2-7.8的pH范围内的缓冲液。推荐将其作为测定辣根过氧化物酶的缓冲液的组分和作为各种二价阳离子结合的螯合剂。咪唑可用于从二价阳离子树脂（Sigma P6611，HisSelect.-HC镍亲和凝胶）洗脱含组氨酸的蛋白质，也可用于SDS-PAGE凝胶的反向染色以检测蛋白质。
Application
