General description

莫洛尼鼠白血病病毒(M-MLV)逆转录酶从质粒表达M-MLV部分pol基因的大肠杆菌中分离获得。MoMLVRT由671个氨基酸组成。它是一种DNA聚合酶，可通过单链RNA、DNA或RNA-DNA杂合体（使用引物）合成互补的DNA链。
