Biochem/physiol Actions
该试剂盒含有分别用于N-连接脱糖基化和胰蛋白酶消化的蛋白质组级PNGase F剂胰蛋白酶。样品随后经过脱盐和浓缩后即可用于MALDI-TOF MS或电喷射MS分析及之后的数据库搜索。
