General description
SIGMAFAST™蛋白酶抑制剂混合液片（不含EDTA）是一种水溶性片剂配方，旨在抑制丝氨酸、半胱氨酸、天冬氨酸和金属蛋白酶。该片剂不含强金属螯合剂，如EDTA，并与固定化金属亲和层析（IMAC）样品处理兼容。该片剂还含有独特的专利配方，包括胃酶抑素A盐，以提供额外的保护。
Application
SIGMAFAST™蛋白酶抑制剂混合液片具有广谱特异性，是通用的蛋白酶抑制剂混合物，适于组氨酸标记蛋白的纯化。片剂可加入细胞裂解缓冲液。还经过优化和测试，可与HIS-Select®介质配合使用。
