Biochem/physiol Actions
阿司匹林是一种止痛和解热剂，可用于治疗关节炎中的发烧和疼痛。它还与心血管疾病有关。
通过抑制环氧化酶(前列腺素H合酶)，对COX-1亚型具有更高的选择性，阻止前列腺素的产生。抗血栓作用是由于COX-1在血小板中的抑制作用，阻止血栓形成和血小板聚集。 对结直肠及其他实体肿瘤有化学预防作用。
