General description

Application
推荐用于抗体和蛋白质缀合的高比活性等级。
碱性磷酸酶可用于酪蛋白和其他蛋白质的去磷酸化。碱性磷酸酶还可用于 DNA 或 RNA 的 5′-末端的去磷酸化，以防止自我连接。经碱性磷酸酶的去磷酸化作用后，DNA 或 RNA 还可被放射性标记磷酸盐标记（通过 T4 多核苷酸激酶）。
Biochem/physiol Actions
