General description

Application
大鼠肝细胞在胶原蛋白包被的盖玻片上生长，固定在福尔马林中，并用甲醇透化，然后与兔抗人白蛋白抗体孵育。
抗人白蛋白抗体可用于定量沉淀试验、高通量蛋白微阵列分析和免疫细胞化学。
抗人白蛋白抗体已用于酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）和人血清白蛋白（HSA）抗体的固定化。

抗人白蛋白抗体对人白蛋白具有特异性。
白蛋白在血液中许多外源性和内源性物质的运输和沉积中起主要作用。
白蛋白是一种运输蛋白，可与多种配体结合，如脂肪酸、胆红素、血红素、药物、氨基酸和离子等。白蛋白也可作为锌载体蛋白，用于调节生理过程 。
