Biochem/physiol Actions

5-氨基水杨酸(5-ASA)是治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)等炎症性肠病的一线药物，具有较高的诱导和维持缓解有效率。5-ASA是柳氮磺吡啶的活性成分，其他成分为糖类聚合物——菊粉。具有抗氧化活性，可减轻组织损伤。5-ASA对于T细胞激活和增殖的预防十分重要。它可负性调节环氧合酶和脂氧合酶通路，减少前列腺素和白三烯的生成。5-ASA可刺激E-钙粘蛋白的膜表达，促进细胞间粘附。
