Application

山羊抗兔IgG（全分子）-碱性磷酸酶抗体可用于免疫印迹和ELISA。该抗体也可用于免疫组化（1:50，使用福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋切片）。
通过 ELISA 法分析 PADI4 对抗凝血酶的瓜氨酸化作用，使用碱性磷酸酶标记的羊抗兔 IgG 作为在0.05M碳酸盐/碳酸氢盐缓冲液（Ph 9.6）中以1：5000稀释的二次稀释剂。
Physical form
在含有1mM MgCl 2，10mM甘氨酸，1％牛血清白蛋白，50％甘油和15mM叠氮化钠的0.05M Tris缓冲液（pH 8.0）中的溶液。
