General description

Application
抗兔 IgG（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体可用于夹心式ELISA（采用PBS-0.05% Tween 20， 1:3000 稀释）和免疫电泳。本品还可用于蛋白质印迹应用（采用小鼠肝脏匀浆或小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞，1:2000 稀释）。
用 HRP 标记的羊抗兔 IgG 作为二抗，对 C33A 细胞裂解物进行免疫共沉淀和免疫印迹分析。
Physical form
溶于0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液的溶液，pH 7.4，含有1％牛血清白蛋白及防腐剂。

按照Wilson, M.B.,和Nakane, P.K.在由阿姆斯特丹Elsevier/北荷兰生物医学出版社出版的免疫荧光及相关染色技术（1978）一书中所描述的高碘酸盐法而制备。
