General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

L-2-氨基己二酸可抑制谷氨酰胺合成酶和 γ-谷氨酰半胱氨酸合成酶。它可调节葡萄糖代谢，并在糖尿病患者中水平更高。L-2-氨基己二酸在抑制C2C12肌管中的自噬中起关键作用。
