General description
小鼠 IgG 是由其重链定义的血浆 B 细胞来源抗体同种型。IgG 是在小鼠血清中发现的含量最高的抗体同种型。
根据正常小鼠血清、小鼠 IgG（全分子）、小鼠 IgG 的 Fc 片段和小鼠 IgG 的 Fab 片段测定山羊多克隆小鼠 IgG（Fc 特异性）-过氧化物酶抗体，偶联物对小鼠 IgG 具有特异性，且与小鼠 IgG 的 Fab 片段无反应。在 ELISA 中检测时，结合物仅显示与小鼠 IgG（全分子）和小鼠 IgG 的 Fc 片段的反应性。在 ELISA 中，偶联物未与小鼠 IgG、人 IgG、IgA、IgM 或大鼠 IgG 的 Fab 片段反应。

用 HRP 标记的羊抗鼠 Fc 特异性 IgG 对 SV40-Tag 免疫小鼠血清进行间接 ELISA。以 1:1000 稀释度在 37℃ 下使用抗体 30 min。
通过使用生物合成PND和链霉亲和素涂层板进行ELISA试验，从而对免疫小鼠血液中一种新的PND抗体的特异性进行检测。HRP缀合的山羊抗小鼠IgG（Fc特异性）可用作二抗。

Preparation Note
