General description
缩二脲试剂可用于测定总蛋白质浓度。它包含铜II（铜离子）碱性溶液，其可与肽键相互作用形成蓝色加合物，并可在540nm处进行检测。与Lowry和Folin-Ciocalteu技术等其他蛋白质估算方法相比，缩二脲方法灵敏度较低。
Application
缩二脲试剂已被用于高压热水解裂解液（HPTH）、 牡蛎血淋巴 和 噬纤维梭菌（CBDclos）聚合物的蛋白质定量中。
