General description

胶原蛋白被分为多种结构和遗传性不同的类型。IV型胶原蛋白是基底膜的主要结构蛋白。它是Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) 小鼠肉瘤的特征物质。市面上有基质和培养液两种。基质由从Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm小鼠肉瘤中提取的4型胶原蛋白、层粘连蛋白、硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖和肌动蛋白组成。附着的靶细胞包括：上皮细胞、内皮细胞、肌肉细胞和神经细胞。

胶原蛋白被分为许多种结构和遗传性不同的类型。我们使用Bornstein和Traub提出的命名法。不要混淆Sigma分类标识和公认的胶原蛋白分类类型。

Application

来自Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm小鼠肉瘤基底膜的胶原蛋白已用于:

粘附试验。
水凝胶生产。
包被细胞分化用细胞培养板。
在一项 A. culbertsoni营养体和施万细胞相互作用的研究中，用于处理圆形塑料载玻片进行扫描电镜（SEM）分析。

建议用作细胞培养基质，浓度为6-10 μg/cm²。

Biochem/physiol Actions

Preparation Note
