伴清蛋白是铁结合蛋白，主要存在于鸡蛋清中。它又称为卵转铁蛋白，属于铁结合糖蛋白转铁蛋白家族的一员。卵转铁蛋白亦即某些物种中的急性期蛋白(APP)。它是蛋清第二大蛋白。
