Preparation Note
每瓶 ColorBurst 含 500μL 溶液，至少可用于 50 次微型凝胶应用。
Other Notes
溶液含有肌球蛋白-紫、BSA-红、GDH-蓝、ADH-红、碳酸酐酶-橙、胰蛋白酶抑制剂-蓝、溶菌酶-红、抑肽酶-蓝、200 mM Tris、SDS 和甲酰胺。每个批次提供了通过与非结合标准品比较测定的表观分子量。
