General description

Application
碳酸盐-碳酸氢盐缓冲液已用于悬浮冻干人血浆样品，以进行微量滴定板生物膜测定和流通池生物膜测定。在酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)之前，还可将其用作微量滴定板的包被缓冲液。
制备的缓冲液适于在多孔板或塑料管上进行蛋白包被。
Preparation Note
用100mL去离子水完全溶出胶囊并使之溶解。一个胶囊的含量为100ml的0.05 M的碳酸氢盐缓冲液，在25℃下，pH 9.6。
