General description

Gentamicin sulfate Salt is a broad-spectrum aminoglycoside antibiotic which is derived from Micromonospora purpurea.

Application

Gentamicin sulfate Salt is used as a selection agent (gentamicin-resistance gene) in cell culture and molecular biology applications. This product is recommended for use at 50 mg/L. Gentamicin sulfate Salt can be used: in the research of the effectiveness of antibiotics against different bacterial cultures[] in the research of neuronal signal processing []

Biochem/physiol Actions
