Biochem/physiol Actions

哺乳类动物体内的N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG) 是一种参与胞内糖脂和糖蛋白降解的溶酶体酶。在人类肾脏、肺和肝脏溶酶体中都已检测到高活性的NAG。血清NAG水平升高与某些癌症有关。

Analysis Note

该试剂盒的检测原理为NAG(NP-GLcNAc)底物在酶促作用下水解。酶水解底物后,释放出对硝基苯胺离子。然后在405 nm处采用比色法测定反应产物。
